As the lead partner of our French Banking & Finance Group in Paris, I advise our French and international clients on financing, refinancing and other key business activities such as assistance on investment funds work. I am also in charge of developing our presence in Africa, expanding our client base by managing Bird & Bird's Africa Desk.

Offering over two decades' experience of advising French and international banks and other financial institutions, as well as major non-financial clients, I provide legal expertise in lending, financing and refinancing, restructuring, banking and financial market regulation and investment fund work.

I am also highly experienced in fund structuring and formation, as well as in the creation, reorganisation and merger of banking and financial institutions. I have been involved in compliance matters, including proceedings before the French Prudential Supervisory Authority and the French Financial Market Authority.

As an expert in Africa, I am particularly active in working for clients in Central and Western Africa and have recently advised the World Bank and OHADA (Organisation for the Harmonisation in Africa of Business Law) on a variety of matters related to OHADA law.

I speak both French and English.
