About Me
I am the head of our Real Estate and Infrastructure Group in Finland and wider Nordic level. My approach to client work is strategic, pragmatic and business oriented. I have a vast array of experience in complex real estate and infrastructure, corporate and dispute resolution matters.
I specialise in corporate, M&A, real estate, infrastructure and complex development projects as well as resolving disputes.In addition, I advise on large scale of industrial development projects, including site acquisition, construction, permitting, environmental and other issues. I also have considerable experience in sports and entertainment law, where my clients include Finland's leading organisers of concerts and motorsports events.
The business environment for our clients is increasingly complex and clients appreciate my vast experience in a wide array of matters - my approach is strategic but always also pragmatic. I am business oriented and hold various positions of trust, which provides me with insight into the strategic thinking behind the key areas of my expertise and the latest trends in the business environment of our clients.

I am an active member of the Directors' Institute Finland and the Finnish Association for Arbitration. I'm also Chairman of the Real Estate Arm of the University of Helsinki and Chairman of the Court of Appeal at the Finnish Automobile Sports Federation.
