As a Legal Director in our Intellectual Property group in London, my practice focuses on patent litigation, assisting clients before the UK Patents Court and Court of Appeal and coordinating multi-jurisdictional patent actions.
I also provide IP advice in commercial and corporate issues, with experience of trade mark, passing off and copyright matters for clients in pharma, agriculture, aviation and chemicals.
As a case officer in the IPEC's IP Pro Bono scheme, I am one of four of Bird & Bird's UK IP lawyers who volunteer their services to help small businesses and individuals involved in IP disputes, providing support before the dispute becomes a court case.
I joined Bird & Bird in 2011 after completing my training contract with Herbert Smith LLP. Prior to that, I had a scientific education, graduating in 2005 with a Masters in Chemistry from Oxford.
