I am a partner in our International Corporate Group in London where I focus on international M&A in technology, medtech, media, entertainment and sport.

I lead the international corporate group's healthcare sector group, focusing on medtech, and am a member of our international Media, Entertainment and Sports sector group.

Most of what I do is international M&A, but I also advise clients on equity funding and joint ventures, particularly in sport and media. I have experience of negotiating transactions on behalf of and opposite large multinationals and smaller private companies, as well as owner-managed businesses and VC investors. I have also advised a number of not-for-profit projects in sport, aimed at safeguarding players and enabling social change through sport.

Having previously worked in our Hong Kong office, I'm admitted as a solicitor in both England & Wales and Hong Kong. I have been recognised in Chambers Global as a 'Foreign Expert' in relation to China M&A, and you will find me in the UK Legal 500 2017 for M&A, notably in the healthcare and TMT sectors.
