As an associate in our Competition & EU Law Practice Group in Düsseldorf, I advise our domestic and international clients on German and European competition law, in particular in the areas of distribution antitrust law, German and EU merger control, discrimination and abuse of market dominance, cartel damage claims and EU state aid law.

I advise clients on all kinds of competition law with a particular focus on distribution and license agreements. I also support clients regarding discriminatory and abusive practices, advise on joint ventures and have broad experience in German and EU merger control including complex due diligence procedures. In addition, I handle cartel damage matters, especially procedural questions. In EU state aid law, I have experience in relation to research and development agreements (R&D), infrastructure and privatisation.
