As an associate in our International HR Services Group in The Hague, I take a pragmatic approach to employment law, advising and litigating on the full spectrum of HR-related matters, mostly on behalf of our international clients.

I am experienced in advising on the rules and regulations concerning temporary employment (eg. temp agency work/supply of personnel), as well as drafting employment documentation, and providing advice and litigating on the termination of individual employment contracts. I also have specific expertise in disputes about collective bargaining agreements, providing advice as well as litigating.

My professional experience includes work as a court clerk at the Court of Appeal in The Hague. This experience is very useful when arguing a case in court.

Clients consider me knowledgeable, interested and on the ball.

  • I was involved in defending a large international client against claims from former employees (and a trade union) for additional severance, following the restructuring of a plant.
  • I assisted a large international client in the termination of multiple executives, in some cases up to the Court of Appeal.
