I am a senior associate in our international Corporate Group, with experience in a range of cross-border and UK based M&A transactions, private equity and VC investments, corporate restructurings and strategic collaborations.

My primary focus is on advising clients in the automotive, renewable infrastructure and technology, media and telecoms sectors. These are sectors that are all undergoing rapid evolution through innovation and changes to the regulatory landscape. Bird & Bird's wealth of experience advising clients operating in these highly technical industries means we are equipped to provide insightful and focused commercial advice to help our clients navigate these challenges.

With experience living and working in London, Singapore and Tokyo, I have advised clients across Europe and Asia on complex corporate transactions, often involving overseas investment strategies. Bird & Bird has an excellent international network and I regularly work with colleagues in other offices to help clients implement their transactions successfully.

My clients range from large global corporates to start-ups. I have been seconded to the legal team at a large global bank on two occasions which has given me a good understanding of the services that clients expect from external counsel and how they should be delivered. I am a legal tech champion within the firm and have consulted with clients on transformational projects focusing on the use of tech and process design to drive efficiencies within their organisations.

• Advising the shareholders of Adlib Digital Limited, a Google focused ad-tech company, on the sale of its shares to Smartly.io for $100 million.
• Advising Accession Capital Partners on its acquisition of P&P Spearhead UK Holdings Ltd, one of the leading vertically integrated food and agriculture businesses which integrates agtech solutions in its data-driven strategic model.
• Advising Databarracks on the acquisition of 4sl Consulting Limited from its founders. Both Databarracks and 4SL are UK firms specialising in business continuity and IT disaster recovery.
• Advising Engie Services Asia-Pacific Pte. Ltd. on the acquisition of 75% of RCS Engineering Pte Ltd, a data storage construction and development company in Singapore.
• Advising Denstu Aegis Network on the acquisition of Happy Marketer Pte Ltd, an independent digital marketing agency in Singapore.
• Advising DNV GL on its minority investment in VeChain, a Shanghai based blockchain service provider.
• Advising a British multinational banking organisation on its minority investment in Vizolution Limited, a software developer for financial services companies.
• Advising a British multinational banking organisation on its participation in a Series D funding round in Kyriba, Inc., a cloud based treasury services provider.
