I am an associate, based in our Milan office.

I focus on a number of issues in the field of information technology, software and cloud computing matters, as well as on the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts, outsourcing contracts for IT services, and licensing of intellectual property rights.

I specialise in providing legal advice and drafting, for national and international clients, on software production, distribution and license agreements, or on cloud computing, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, e-commerce and IT matters. I also provide legal advice to corporate officers on consumer law and distribution matters, as well as international corporate and trade issues.

In 2015, I published 'The Comparative Law Yearbook of International Business' for the 'Centre for International Legal Studies' in Salzburg, and an in-depth analysis titled 'Italian Contractual Aspects of Cloud Computing'. In 2016, I also wrote a study titled 'Italian Telecommunications Law' published in 'International Telecommunications Law', Second Edition, Juris Publishing Inc.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I worked for another law firm, providing legal services on banking and commercial litigation, and then for a law firm in Milan, dealing mainly with all issues pertaining to cloud computing, information technology, advertising, privacy and data protection.
