As an associate in the London Corporate team, I advise a range of clients from the latest start-ups, to publicly listed companies and help them achieve their business goals.

Whether you might be looking to acquire complementary assets for your company or portfolio, raise finances or anything in between, my colleagues and I call upon our deep sector knowledge and years of experience to guide our clients through their transactions.

I joined Bird & Bird in 2017 having been particularly attracted to the firm by its international outlook and sectoral focus. Over the past two years, I have enjoyed working with companies, predominantly in the energy and retail sectors, to help them navigate the increasingly regulated commercial world and achieve their business goals. Having spent time working in-house at a renowned private equity fund which invests in renewable energy projects in emerging markets, I am well equipped to truly appreciate concerns held by clients and the demands they face.

Whilst I advise on different legal structures and types of corporate transactions for clients in a range of industries, by having a targeted sector focus, I am able to leverage experience and practices for the benefit of our clients. Additionally, through working for many types of client, both on the buy and sell side and for companies and Nomads alike, I have built a strong network both internally and externally and can utilise these connections in future transactions.
