About Me
As Trademark Attorney at our firm, I have a deep knowledge of Italian and European IP law. I advise clients on trademark matters across sectors such as fashion, food, pharma, cosmetics, finance and insurance.
I have strong experience in trademarks related to the evaluation and development of strategies for the protection of IP rights, both in Italy and overseas. My work spans filing and prosecution, conducting searches, and defending and opposing trade marks.Over the years, I have become specialised in opposition proceedings before UIBM and EUIPO and in nullity actions before EUIPO, as well as providing advice on anti-counterfeiting activities.
I have been working as an Italian and European trademark attorney for about 25 years and I joined our firm in 2021.
