Frances is a Senior Associate in our International HR Services Group, based in London.
Frances supports clients in understanding UK employment laws and how they impact their workforce and she regularly advises regularly on matters such as employment status, restructuring and redundancy exercises, disciplinary action and employee exits. Frances has experience advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions and TUPE issues on business transfers and outsourcings. In addition, Frances has significant experience of managing litigation in the Employment Tribunals, defending employers against claims such as whistleblowing, unfair dismissal and discrimination.
Frances works with clients across a broad range of sectors and has particular experience advising US technology companies, having spent two years in San Francisco advising clients on managing their international teams.
