I advise French and international groups on employment law issues. My practice tends to focus on restructuring and workforce reduction, on working time schemes and profit sharing plans. I act on the different side of the file, dealing with legal advice, pre-litigation strategy and handling, if necessary, the litigation before the French courts. I am a true believer that on employment law issues, being able to handle litigation improves the quality of the pre-litigation legal advice. I have a lot of experience and expertise in collective and strategic issues (with a focus on restructuring projects), collective bargaining (working time, remuneration schemes) and complex litigations (collective litigations, key executives litigations).I am used to working in a fast-paced environment and I am able to quickly handle complex and strategical situations involving multi-tasking, multi-jurisdictional and highly technical issues. I always try to provide business oriented advice even when the legal environment is complex. I really like to develop long term and collaborative relationships with my clients focusing on team spirit and taking into consideration the specificity of their sectors. Before joining Bird & Bird, I led the labour law practice at a French law firm and was a senior associate at another French law firm. I speak regularly in university lectures and at professional seminars.
