Filip Vlnečka

As a junior associate and member of our Finance & Financial Regulation and Digital Rights & Assets teams in Bratislava, my keen interest lies in structured finance and regulation of financial institutions. I am furthermore helping clients with digitalisation in the finance industry, digital rights and assets.

Prior to joining our firm in 2021, I worked in local asset management company and pension funds management company. I have a hand-to-hand experience with financial regulation and data protection matters. Being witness to the revolution caused by the data industry, digital assets, and blockchain technology, I am seeking to provide complex solutions to current and upcoming challenges in the Slovak legal environment.
