Ewa Januszewska

I work as a Junior Associate in the Warsaw Intellectual Property team.

I specialise in matters concerning industrial property rights, with a particular focus on trademarks. I also advise on matters related to copyright law and unfair competition.

I support clients in court disputes concerning the protection of trademarks and other industrial property rights as well as in proceedings before the Polish Patent Office and EUIPO. I help with providing legal advice to Polish and foreign companies operating in various sectors, including FMCG, aviation and clothing.

Before joining Bird & Bird I gained professional experience working at a renowned international law firm, where I dealt with issues related to intellectual property law and personal data protection.
