Estelle has first-hand knowledge on Asian cultures, legal systems and international commercial arbitration having lived and worked in Asia
Estelle is an associate in our International Dispute Resolution Group based in Paris.
She has been admitted to the Paris Bar and has extensive experience in common law. She advises French and foreign companies on international arbitration and on various fields of civil and commercial litigation.
Before joining us, Estelle was a research associate to one of Singapore's leading arbitrators on major domestic and international arbitrations, where she assisted arbitration tribunals in many complex international commercial disputes conducted under the leading institutional and ad hoc arbitration rules, including those of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), Japan Commercial Arbitration Association (JCAA), Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA) and United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL). These arbitrations were on all aspects of commercial disputes including construction, telecom, energy and corporate disputes and involved the laws of various jurisdictions including those of Singapore, India, Hong Kong, Thailand and England.
Estelle holds an Advanced Master’s in International Business Law and Management from ESSEC Business School, which enabled her to work in-house for a year with Alstom.
Estelle is fluent in French and English as well as proficient in Spanish.
