I am an associate in our Paris-based Intellectual Property Group, where I work on contentious and non-contentious matters in IP law, with a primary focus on patent litigation in the pharmaceuticals, engineering and the electronics sectors. I strive to uphold and defend our client's interests in all IP matters.

My extensive practice at Bird & Bird in patent matters has allowed me to gain a particular insight into the pharmaceuticals, engineering and electronics sectors. Over the past few years, I have had the opportunity to work not only on complex technical matters, but also on very sensitive legal issues. Several matters addressed standard-essential highly complex technologies in the telecommunications sector. I regularly contribute to the advice we provide to one of the world's fastest growing generic pharmaceutical companies on its patent and regulatory needs in France.

My practice also covers trademark, designs, author right and unfair competition disputes and agreements in the luxury and retail sector.

Prior to joining the Bird & Bird IP team in 2011, I have completed several internships in large corporates, law firms and at the French IP Court. These internships have provided me a unique overview of a wide array of IP issues and allowed for a better understanding of our client's expectations.
