I am an associate in our Intellectual Property Group, based in our Shanghai office.
I advise clients on IP related regulatory, compliance and enforcement matters in China. I have helped clients on trademark infringement and administrative actions, and advised on trademark protection strategies. I also advise on the protection and enforcement of other IP rights and unfair competition. I have experience in anti-counterfeiting actions and online take down actions against trademark infringement, as well as advising clients in the life sciences sector on drug regulatory compliance matters in China.Capabilities
