Eloïse has significant expertise in issues relating to Data Protection & Privacy.
Eloïse is an an associate in our Data Protection & Privacy department based in Paris.
She advises clients on various issues relating to data protection and privacy. This includes carrying out privacy audits and assisting clients on negotiation contracts and the implementation of compliance programmes in line with national and European laws and regulation, in particular the General European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Her expertise also covers issues relating to international data transfers, data subjects’ rights, health data processing and subprocessing.
She regularly provides training sessions and conferences on data protection law and regulation topics and is a part-time lecturer in data protection and privacy at the Paris Saclay Master 2 (PID@N).
Eloïse holds a Master's Degree in Innovation and Managment of Intellectual Property Rights from Paris XIII. She trained at the CNIL’s Service of International and European affairs and worked also as an in-house lawyer for a domain name registrar (INDOM).
Eloïse joined us in 2017, having spent over five years as an associate lawyer in a Paris law firm specialised in ICT, where she gained strong expertise in data protection issues and IT contracts.
