I'm an associate in our Sports Group and help a range of international sports clients deal with regulatory issues and disputes.

I specialise in disciplinary matters including anti-doping, challenges to regulatory decisions, selection disputes, rules and regulations, constitutions and governance and contractual disputes.

Some clients that I have advised include international and national governing bodies, clubs, competition organisers and individual athletes. As well as advising clients I have represented them before internal sports tribunals.

I aim to help the sports group's clients in as many ways as possible whether that is drafting sound and user-friendly rules and regulations or investigating and enforcing any breaches of such rules and regulations. I really enjoy being a part of a close-knit team as we work tirelessly to achieve the best outcome for our clients.

Having grown up near Toronto and having lived in the United States of America, Belgium and the United Kingdom I bring an international perspective and experience. I have competed in a range of sports including rugby, figure skating, athletics, volleyball and football. I attended an NCAA Division 1 university in the United States on a football and academic scholarship. It is this background in sport that provides me with a greater understanding of our clients and their issues.
