Edwina is a focused and energetic team player, advising on regulatory sports matters.
Edwina is an associate in our Sports Group, based in London.
She advises on a range of sports-related regulatory issues, including anti-doping and other disciplinary matters, challenges to regulatory decisions, rules and regulations, constitutions and governance, and a range of contractual disputes.
Recent work includes advising the International Paralympic Committee on a classification dispute; supporting Jonathan Taylor and Liz Riley in acting for UK Anti-Doping in the prosecution of its first athlete biological passport case before the National Anti-Doping Panel; alongside Max Duthie acting for an Olympic athlete in a dispute over an endorsement agreement; and alongside Max Duthie acting for an event organiser drafting their participation agreement. She has a good working knowledge of French.
She qualified in September 2015.
