I am a Chinese legal consultant and focus on advising Chinese enterprises on their business activities and expansion, investment and cross-border M&A transactions in Germany and Europe.

My specialisation is labour and immigration law in both China and Germany. As a member of our China Desk Germany in Munich, I also regularly support our corporate/M&A, commercial, IP, trademark, energy and real estate teams on matters involving Chinese parties.

My clients include outgoing Chinese state and private-owned enterprises from industries such as automotive, technology and communications, life sciences and healthcare, energy, commodity trading as well as food and beverage.

I regularly give speeches about German and Chinese labour law and am the organiser and co-speaker of the well-received "China Hour" lecture series on German law for Chinese investors and companies in Bavaria.

Before joining our firm, I worked with public authorities and businesses in Shanghai.

• Advising a consortium led by Hybio Pharmaceutical and YF Capital on the acquisition of German special pharmaceutics company AMW GmbH and its subsidiary.
• Supporting the pitch process for the renowned battery manufacturer CATL regarding its high-profile smart factory project in Erfurt.
• Further strengthening the cooperation relationship with a listed Chinese solar enterprise and its German subsidiary and advising them on corporate, employment, commercial and procurement law-related issues.
• Assisting Robustel IoT Tech Co.,Ltd. regarding the establishment of its subsidiary in Germany.
• Advising a Chinese leading automotive company regarding the set-up of their business in Germany.
