About Me

As a partner in our corporate team in Düsseldorf I have advised our national and international clients since 2007 on M&A, VC Investments as well as domestic and cross-border reorganisations.

My particular focus is on the energy and life sciences sectors as well as their connections to other sectors, advising multinationals on corporate law issues such as the sales and acquisitions of companies or businesses as well as VC investments. With more than 10 years of professional experience, I have also built significant sector-specific expertise in particular in those industries with a strong focus on technology and innovation.

As a member of our international Corporate Practice Group, I specialise in complex cross-border transactions also requiring an in-depth understanding of strategic pre- and post-transaction topics in order to secure the sustainable commercial success of the transaction. Clients come to me to receive expert legal advice which offers a keen perspective on strategy and a personal commitment to excellence in client service, both in terms of legal advice and coordination of different teams and work streams.

Outside my client work, I am a co-commentator on international corporate law in Beck'scher Onlinekommentar on Limited Liability Companies.
