As a member of our Intellectual Property Practice Group, I advise our clients on all aspects of intellectual property protection, including competition and copyright law, and specialise in national and international patent infringement litigation and invalidity matters.

After my legal studies with a focus on commercial law and European law at the University of Würzburg, I completed my PhD in 2015, exploring liability issues in online marketing. During my legal clerkship, I worked for a well-known law firm in Stuttgart and Munich in IP law.

Before joining our team in 2016, I worked at an international law firm in Munich, where I gained valuable experience in advising IT, media, competition and copyright matters.

I advise our clients in all contentious and non-contentious matters in patent law as well as in other areas of intellectual property law. I have broad experience in international patent disputes and advise mainly in the fields of telecommunications, network technology, electronics and engineering. In this context, my special focus is on standard essential patents.
