About Me

As a Frankfurt-based associate in our Intellectual Property Group, I advise our domestic and international clients in matters of non-technical IP law, covering German, European and International trade mark, design and unfair competition law. I specialise in international brand management and enforcement, working on all aspects of the brand cycle, from clearance to litigation.

Offering extensive knowledge and expertise in international brand management, I provide advice on the development of worldwide trade mark filing strategies, conduct availability searches prior to trade mark filings and represent our clients in registration, opposition and cancellation proceedings. I have substantial experience in working together with foreign counsels and big international teams of experts to ensure the execution of trade mark protection in other countries.

My practice includes the judicial and extrajudicial defence of trade marks against infringement and dilution as well as the negotiation and drafting of transfer, delimitation and licensing agreements.

In addition, I advise our clients in the fight against counterfeiting and product piracy.
