Dr. Christina Lorenz, LL.M.

As Counsel in our international Corporate/M&A team in Munich, I have broad experience advising domestic and international cross-border M&A and private equity transactions.

I represent German and international clients on the buy or sell side in M&A transactions, including growth and private equity investments. I specialise in transactions and advice with regard to technology companies and their investors (including advising fintech transactions and advising companies in the mobility and in particular autonomous driving sectors).

I also have extensive experience in advising insurers with regard to warranty & indemnity insurance underwriting, in particular with regard to large volume M&A transactions.

In addition to being a German lawyer, I am admitted to the New York Bar as attorney-at-law and have worked for major international law firms in the past, both in Germany and the USA (New York City and Atlanta). I have also been on secondments to the legal department as well as the M&A insurance team of a major U.S. insurance company.
