About Me
As a specialist lawyer with many years of experience, I advise and represent our clients in IP matters relating to patent infringement and nullity proceedings as well as advising on the German Law on Employees' Inventions.
My focus is on patent and utility model law, in particular on advising international clients in infringement proceedings before the German Civil Courts and participating in opposition proceedings as well as patent nullity proceedings.Many of the cases I handle involve the mobile and electronics sectors relating to standard essential patents (SEPs) including antitrust aspects (FRAND). My focus is on complex patent disputes with predominantly cross-border implications. I also obtain and test evidence in preparation for litigation.
