About Me

As a Counsel in our Intellectual Property Group, I represent national and international companies in all matters of intellectual property. My particular focus lies on litigating patents from all technical areas, including the co-ordination of international patent disputes.

Over the years I have developed extensive experience in patent litigation before the German civil courts, the co-ordination of international patent disputes, as well as collaboration with patent attorneys in parallel revocation actions (Federal Patent Court, Federal Supreme Court and EPO). I have sound expertise with cases from the healthcare and life sciences sector, as well as in the areas of chemistry, telecommunications and mechanics. I specifically offer advice in preliminary injunction proceedings (including cross-border scenarios, seizures and preparation of protective letters). I also regularly work on contractual IP matters and have a thorough understanding of Supplementary Protection Certificates.
