Dora advises clients on patent and regulatory matters particularly in the Life Sciences sector.
Dora is an associate in our Intellectual Property and Regulatory Groups based in Paris.
She assists French and international clients in contentious and non-contentious patent matters, including the negotiation of contracts.
She advises pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices companies, research centers and various actors of the human and animal health sectors on all regulatory aspects of their activities. This includes data exclusivity, clinical trials, marketing, price and reimbursement, distribution, advertising, transparency and e-health.
Dora holds a Postgraduate degree in pharmaceutical and health law and a University degree in Data Protection from Paris Descartes University, a Postgraduate degree in Intellectual Property from the Centre for International Intellectual Property Studies, Strasbourg University (CEIPI), and a Master’s degree in International Law from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
Since January 2013 she has been a member of the Paris Bar.
Prior to joining us, she worked for a French law firm dedicated to patent litigation where she was involved in major pan-european litigations concerning SPCs and biosimilars.
Dora is a member of France Biotech, AIPPI and LESI.
She is a co-author of the books Patent Enforcement Worldwide, edited by Christopher Heath and published by Hart Publishing (2015) and Patent Protection for Second Medical Uses, published by Wolters Kluwer, AIPPI Series (2016).
Dora is fluent in French, English and Hungarian.
