I am a managing associate in our Intellectual Property team based in Hong Kong. I have experience in assisting clients on different IP matters relating to Hong Kong, Mainland China and other regions globally.

My practice focuses on brand protection, management and enforcement. I have assisted both local and multinational companies in consumer & retail, pharmaceutical & medical, entertainment & sports, and luxury & fashion sectors on global brand protection and portfolio management. I am specialised in trade mark filing strategies, clearance searches and contentious and non-contentious registry proceedings.

I regularly assist and advise clients on assignment and licence of IP rights, IP infringement, anti-counterfeiting strategies, IP due diligence in commercial transactions, copyright, advertising and gaming related matters. With a good understanding of businesses' need for practical solutions in safeguarding IP rights and resolving disputes, I am also experienced in representing clients in negotiations of complex, multi-jurisdictional settlement with a pragmatic approach.
