I am an Associate in Bird & Bird's Intellectual Property Practice Group in Singapore. In this capacity, I have worked on both contentious and non-contentious matters across a wide range of intellectual property issues, including trade mark and copyright.

As an associate, I have had the opportunity to be part of a truly international intellectual property practice, having advised on matters involving a wide range of jurisdictions including Singapore, Malaysia, India, China, Korea, Australia, the UK and US.

My experience includes managing global trade mark portfolios; intellectual property litigation; intellectual property clearance searches; intellectual property prosecution procedure; and assisting brand owners with intellectual property enforcement and anti-counterfeiting measures.

As a creator myself, I appreciate the effort that goes into developing your unique and valuable intellectual property, whether it be a trade mark that represents your brand, a patent that might pioneer new technological advancement, or copyright in an original novel or musical composition. Protecting and commercialising your IP rights can be a key aspect of growing your business, and being able to better leverage these rights can open up new possibilities. In my practice, I strive to help my clients tap into this potential and take their business to new heights.
