Daniel specialises in EU public procurement law and has thorough experience in advising on all phases of the public procurement process and coordinating and conducting public procurement, including international targeted pro-curement.
Daniel is a junior associate in our Danish Public Procurement Group.
Daniel has experience in advising on, coordinating and conducting public procurements, including in accordance with the Public Procurement Act and the Defence and Security Procurement Directive. He also has experience of major and extensive public procurement projects and advises on all phases of the public procurement process, including subsequent contract management.
He also has experience in organising public procurement seminars and training sessions.
Daniel obtained a law degree from the University of Copenhagen in February 2016, which included studying for one semester at the Katholieke Universiteit in Leuven, Belgium. He also participated in the European Summer School in Italy focusing on procedural and arbitration law and dispute resolution.
Daniel wrote his legal thesis on EU public procurement, titled "The procurement rules and amendment issues".
Previously, he was employed by the legal department of the Acquisition and Logistics Organisation of the Danish Defence developing thorough practical experience in conducting public procurement, advising on all phases of the public procurement process and experience in major projects and project management, including Prince2.
Daniel speaks Danish and English and understands the Scandinavian languages.
