As a junior associate in our international Public Procurement group in Denmark, I specialise in public procurement law and advise on all phases of the public procurement process, coordinating and conducting public procurements, including international targeted procurement procedures.

In my role as junior associate, I advise on all aspects of public procurement law, especially the implementation of public IT procurement and the drafting and negotiation of IT contracts on both the customer and supplier side.

Furthermore I use my experience of public procurement law to advise clients in the utilities and the defence and security sectors. Over the years, I have developed particular experience in major and extensive public procurement projects and advise on all phases of the public procurement procedures with a special focus on complex IT procurement, utilities and defence and security.

I have advised a large number of tenderers in bidding processes on Danish public tenders, in particular international tenderers. This includes advising private entities making bids on public contracts whether these are simple purchases or complex IT, utilities, defence and security projects.

Having worked in the legal department of the Danish Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organisation, I have extensive experience in working with political managed organisations and have first-hand insight in processes of Danish public entities in relation to processing tenders.

From time to time I organise seminars and training sessions in relation to public procurement. Furthermore, I have experience in handling cases at the Danish Complaint Board for Public Procurement and the Courts.

I thrive on assisting clients to achieve their goals and have extensive experience in managing projects and experience in working with project management methods, including Prince2.
