I work as a French-qualified lawyer in our International HR Services Group in France, where my previous in-house and private practice experience gave me a global perspective on all kind of employment and HR issues.

Today, I advise our clients on all aspects of French employment law including individual (drafting employment contract, termination, disciplinary sanction, settlement agreement, etc) and collective relationships (restructuring, social plan, in-house agreement, professional elections, etc) between employers and employees. I also represent our clients before the French courts in litigation related to employment issues, where I have a significant and strong experience before all employment-related French courts (standard labour court, civil court, administrative court, court of appeal, etc). Both parts of my practice give me global expertise on all kind of employment-related issues.

French labour law is pretty complex and I am committed to doing my best to make it as simple as possible to address our clients' problems in a timely and business-oriented manner.

Before joining Bird & Bird in 2011, I trained with the HR Department of French company and with major international law firms.
