I am an associate in our Dispute Resolution practice group in Budapest.

My practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, tax litigation, employment litigation and commercial arbitration.

My experience further includes working on cartel and real estate lawsuits, as well as on antitrust and merger clearance procedures before the Hungarian Competition Authority.

I have also been involved in high-profile domestic and cross-border M&A and real estate matters, as well as in company restructurings.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I developed my professional experience with other major international law firms and with a private attorney. I am fluent in English and French in addition to my native Hungarian.

  • I was a member of the team that successfully defended a case involving an emblematic real estate development project for one of Hungary's biggest corporations.
  • I was a member of the team that successfully litigated a unique case under Hungary's Financial Stability Act, involving the purchase of a very high value NPL portfolio.
  • I was a member of the team that successfully represented one of Hungary's biggest natural gas wholesalers in a series of arbitrations.
  • I have been a member of the team defending one of the world's biggest manufacturing companies in a tax dispute.
  • I have been a member of the cross-border team successfully defending two mass tort class action litigations in US federal courts. Our office worked on these cases together with Weil, Gotshal and Manges' New York office.
