Constance advises clients on a wide range of matters relating to Competition law and regulation of payments.
Constance is an associate in our Competition & EU law team and our Banking and Finance regulatory group, based in Brussels.
She assists clients on a wide range of Competition law issues, including both advisory work and litigation. Her practice also covers a broad range of issues relating to regulations of payments and she advises not only on a major international card scheme, but also payments services providers (e.g. issuers and acquirers), large international merchants, as well as various stakeholders in the payments value chain.
Constance graduated in 2011 from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas and from H.E.C. (Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Paris). She has obtained an LL.M. from University of California, Berkeley School of Law. She also graduated as the best student of the Paris Bar School (Lauréat du CAPA 2014 de l'Ecole de Formation des Barreaux de la Cour d'Appel de Paris). She has also obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in EU Competition Law from King's College, University of London.
Constance is a member of the Paris bar and she is registered with the Brussels bar.
Prior to joining us in 2017, Constance has practised tax law in leading international law firms in Paris and in Frankfurt-am-Main. She speaks French, English and German.
