As a junior associate working in both our Competition and Corporate teams in our Copenhagen office, I advise national and international clients on Danish and EU competition law, as well as on a wide range of corporate matters, including M&A.

Working with both corporate and competition law allows me to follow a transaction through all stages, from draft agreement between firms to approval by the competent Competition Authorities. My corporate expertise covers a diverse client base, advising on all aspects of corporate matters, such as formation and changes of structures, real estate and investments. My competition expertise covers competition & EU law matters, including antitrust cases; dealing with abuse of dominance, competition restricting agreements, compliance programmes and setting up selective distribution and franchise systems.

My goal is to provide clients with pragmatic and effective commercial solutions and to solve any legal problems in a timely and cost-effective manner.

I joined Bird & Bird in 2019 after completing my Master's Degree from Copenhagen University. During my studies, I focused mainly on corporate and commercial aspects of law, including Competition law, and I wrote my final dissertation on merger control within the EU legal framework. Working in corporate, competition and real estate law for several years alongside my studies has also provided me with key insights into these legal spheres, within several different industries.
