Claire has extensive experience in advising clients on various intellectual property related matters which involve Chinese laws relating to trademark, copyright and unfair competition.

Claire specialises in providing advice on trademark rights protection in China as well as trademark disputes. She has extensive experience in advising multinational companies on various types of IP issues in China, including trademark clearance search, procurement, license, opposition, dispute and administrative enforcement, domain name protection, copyright recordal and protection, and unfair competition cases. She also has experience in managing global trademark portfolios for clients which involve trademarks in the U.S., European Union, France, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
She passed the China Bar examination in 2010 and was qualified as a licensed lawyer in the People's Republic of China in 2013. Claire graduated from the University of Science and Technology Beijing and obtained her Masters of Law Degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with High Honors.
Claire is fluent in English and Mandarin.
