Shu Yi utilises her expertise in business administration and behavioural psychology to provide clients with a holistic commercial HR perspective.
Shu Yi is an associate in our Employment practice group, based in Singapore.
She specialises in advising on all aspects of both contentious and non-contentious employment issues, including employment litigation and internal dispute resolution, drafting and review of employment documents, and advising on hiring, investigations, terminations and reductions in manpower.
Shu Yi graduated from the double degree programme at the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2014, with a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) Second Class (Upper Division) Honours, and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (BBA) Second Class Honours specialising in Finance.
Prior to joining us, Shu Yi was a researcher with the Centre for Banking and Financial Law (CBFL) at NUS, specialising in the field of behavioural finance and legal regulation.
Shu Yi was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in August 2015, after completing her training contract with us.
