I am a project lawyer in our banking & finance team in Paris advising both French and international clients on all aspects of project finance, acquisition finance, corporate finance and project management in a wide range of sectors including energy, technology and public utilities.

As a project lawyer, I assist lenders, borrowers and project companies (SPV) on the legal structuring of their operation as well as on the drafting of project documentation including finance and security agreements. I always try to understand the underlying project in order to tailor my advice to the reality of our client's needs.

I advise on domestic and cross-border financing and have assisted with many forms of multi-jurisdictional projects in Europe and Africa. I have been working on matters across the technology & communications, financial services and energy & utilities sectors.

I am also proficient in cross border transactions, investment projects and joint ventures in Sub-Saharan Africa (OHADA law) with a special emphasis on projects related to natural resources, energy, telecommunication and infrastructures sectors.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I spent two years as an international project lawyer in another English law firm based in Paris and spent also several months in London as VP legal on a telecommunication project located in Democratic Republic of Congo.
I am involved in several pro bono activities for NGO's and provides conferences on African mining and business law.
