I am an associate in our Intellectual Property Group in Paris, acting for clients in various sectors on transactional and contentious issues in any areas of IP.

Working in an international environment is something that has been part of my past experiences. I had the opportunity to travel and secure several international traineeships and positions, in particular through placements at law firms (boutique and Tier 1), French Courts, corporations and strategic consultancies, which led me to practice law in French, English, Spanish and Russian.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I gained experience as an in-house legal counsel at a multinational group in the Aerospace, Defence and Security industry, where I enhanced some expertise particularly in relation to trade secrets/confidentiality, IP rights portfolio management and enforcement, anti-counterfeiting, export control as well as R&D-related matters and technology transfer agreements.

Now I focus my practice in both transactional and contentious matters, mainly relating to patent and trademark rights, but also to copyright, design, image rights and trade secrets. Spanning a wide number of key sectors (such as life sciences, tech & comms, aerospace, luxury, food, fashion), I provide legal advice and assist clients in setting out IP strategies, deals, customs surveillance, infringement and validity cases, unfair competition, as well as in trademark prosecution and opposition procedures.

I also teach Intellectual Property law in English as part of the Master's degree 'Industrial Property' at University Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas.
