Christophe deals with both Intellectual Property and New Information Technologies law.
Christophe is an Associate in our Intellectual Property practice, based in Paris.
He focuses on providing legal advice regarding both transactional and contentious matters in all areas of intellectual property law, including software copyright licensing and infringement.
Through his past role as an in-house legal counsel in a multinational group, Christophe gained in-depth insight into the aerospace, defence and security sector and enhanced his expertise in confidentiality, IT issues, IP rights portfolio management, R&D-related matters and transfer of technology agreements.
Prior to joining us in 2016, Christophe secured various legal traineeships in different countries, such as France and Russia, ranging from placements at law firms, French court, strategic consultancy and business companies.
In addition to degrees in Philosophy and Music, Christophe studied private law and civil procedure at the University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. He then obtained a Master’s degree in IP/IT law from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
He can speak French, English, Spanish and Russian.
