I am an associate in our Düsseldorf corporate team, where I assist our clients across the full spectrum of corporate law and in M&A transactions.

Working with our clients on their corporate law issues, I have particular expertise in the restructuring and reorganisation of companies, as well as in national and cross-border M&A transactions.

I am a member of our German China Desk and my work has a particular focus on assisting Chinese as well as Japanese and other Asian corporate groups in the acquisition and restructuring of German and multinational high-tech companies, also in cases of insolvency.

I have a keen interest in the opportunities offered by the new wave of legal tech applications. As a member of the German legal tech team and an international group of associates with an interest in legal tech solutions, I am working on establishing new ways for our firm to advise our clients.

After my legal studies, I completed my legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Celle, spending time working at an international corporate law firm with offices in Hanover, Shanghai, Beijing and Izmir. Working across markets and timezones, I have advised Chinese, Turkish and Spanish clients in international acquisitions, transport law and corporate matters.
