As an associate in our International HR Services Group in The Hague, I advise and litigate on the full spectrum of employment, benefits and business immigration matters.

My work includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, drafting service agreements and employment documentation and managing both collective and individual termination processes. I act on behalf of our domestic and international clients, and for employers as well as employees.

My strongest asset is my ability to take a pragmatic approach to complex legal issues. I am praised for my deep understanding of employment law, responsiveness, accuracy and strategic skills.

I am a member of the Dutch Association of Young Employment Lawyers and the Dutch Association for Employment Law.

I am fluent in Dutch and English.
