Caroline has practical experience in intellectual property and commercial work
Caroline is an associated in our Intellectual Property Group, based in Hong Kong.
Her focus is intellectual property law and she has particular experience in relation to trademarks and patent rights. She regularly advises clients on all aspects of identification, protection, registration and enforcement of their IP rights.
In addition, Caroline also advises clients on legal issues relating to the commercialisation of IP assets including management of IP portfolios, advising on technology transfer and preparation of licensing agreements. Caroline also has experience advising on pharmaceutical products and medical devices regulations in Hong Kong and PRC.
Before joining us, Caroline has completed her training in a leading PRC law firm concentrating on corporate finance, M&A and IPO practices.
Caroline graduated from Imperial College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and also holds a L.L.B. degree from the Hong Kong University. She is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2014.
Caroline is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
