Working in our Hamburg IP team, I provide specialist advice in all areas of intellectual property law and adjacent fields, such as passing off and misleading advertising. My practice is focused on trademark law.

I represent our national and international clients in and out of court as well as in registration, opposition and invalidity proceedings before the German PTO and the EUIPO.

I also offer strategic advice to businesses on the development, extension and management of their trademark portfolios, on the legal coordination of worldwide product launches as well as the introduction of new brands and their protection against attacks from third parties.

I negotiate and draft Prior Rights and License Agreements.

Before joining our firm in 2020, I worked together with a part of our team at another renowned Hamburg-based law firm.
