Bridget's wide-ranging corporate, commercial and communications expertise sets her apart.
Bridget is a senior associate in our Corporate, Commercial and Communications groups, based in Sydney.
Bridget provides advice to corporations in the e-commerce, travel, telecommunications, media and IT industries. She works closely with some of the world's most recognisable brands, advising their teams worldwide on local matters and implementation of global policies and programs.
Bridget has particular expertise in relation to the sale and acquisition of businesses and shareholder agreements and regularly provides general corporate advice on corporate governance issues. Her commercial expertise is extensive, covering commercial contract drafting and negotiation, including distribution, supply, terms of trade and IT contracts.
Bridget also has experience in providing general commercial and contractual advice to clients with a focus on internet and telecommunications, content, privacy and intellectual property matters.
She has completed a number of secondments, including to a leading technology law firm in Washington D.C and to one of Australia’s largest universities, where she provided advice in relation to the commercialisation, management and licensing of its intellectual property rights.
Bridget was also recently elected as Vice President to the Communications & Media Law Association (CAMLA) in Sydney.
