As a partner in our International Corporate Group in Paris, I am a specialist in high profile M&A and LBO transactions, working here in France and cross-border.

I advise French and foreign investment funds and corporations on their acquisition or divestment processes in France and abroad. I also advise entrepreneurs and management teams in the development of their companies on a day to day basis.

I decided to become an M&A lawyer because it requires technical skills and also many interpersonal skills, which makes it a very balanced and interesting job.

In recent years, I have focused on the tech sector, assisting our technology clients with their M&A transactions. Understanding our digital world is now key to properly advising clients on strategic decisions. I am particularly interested in the fintech sector, in which I have advised a few clients for their acquisitions.

Getting to know my clients is essential to my practice; it is crucial to understand their needs in order to provide the relevant legal advice. It is also necessary to build mutual confidence which is vital when negotiations become difficult. Clients usually praise my availability and pragmatic approach. I have developed this pragmatic approach since graduating from business school. Having both a business diploma and a law diploma helps me on a daily basis to understand my clients and speak the same language.
