Benjamin advises national and international clients of various industries with regard to questions of intellectual property law, with a particular focus on patent law.
Benjamin is a member of our Intellectual Property Practice Group, based in our Dusseldorf office.
The main focus of his work is to advise national and international clients of various industries with regard to the legal enforcement of their patents.
Benjamin studied law at the University of Cologne. After achieving the first state examination he wrote his doctoral thesis in commercial (criminal) law comprising i.e. the question of protection of trade secrets in context of a due diligence. In parallel, Benjamin worked temporarily for the University of Cologne and as a research assistant in an international law firm.
After finishing his doctoral thesis Benjamin entered his legal traineeship and worked i.e. in another international law and at Bird & Bird.
In May 2015 Benjamin joined Bird & Bird Dusseldorf. Since June 2016 he is admitted to the bar.
