Beata is an Associate in our Corporate practice, based in Warsaw.
She has been advising clients since 2010, and specialises in corporate commercial matters, civil law and infrastructure issues.
She assists clients at each stage of infrastructure investment projects. She participates in negotiations and prepares investment agreements for energy, civil engineering and housing projects. She supports public and private clients from the construction, road, rail and energy sector, and advises them in public procurement matters.
Beata provides ongoing legal assistance, represents clients during shareholders meetings, drafts contracts and share sale agreements, and prepares Supervisory Board rules and company regulations.
She has worked on complex commercial transactions, and was involved in multistage transactions, such as restructuring, as well as M&A of private and public companies.
Beata has extensive experience in conducting legal and corporate due diligences, especially corporate governance, commercial agreements and litigation. She represents clients in disputes before common courts and arbitration courts, in particular in corporate litigation, construction performance proceedings and disputes between investment process parties.
Prior to joining us, she gained her professional experience working for leading law firms, including one of the biggest law firms in Poland.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, completed post-graduate studies at Warsaw School of Economics, and the Hugo Grotius Intellectual Property Centre.
Beata is a trainee at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw.
She works in Polish, English and Spanish.
