Bartosz Mazurek

I am a Junior Associate in the Warsaw Intellectual Property legal team.

I have been advising clients since 2019 and specialise in intellectual property, as well as new technologies law.

I also have experience in working on matters involving individual and collective employment law and mediation.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I gained my professional experience working for a reputable boutique law firm in Krakow.

My first professional experience in journalism convinced me that the most important things in my daily work are words and the way we use them – in legal practice this simply means that, as Lord Denning said, "words are the lawyer's tools of trade".
