Ariana Sohrabi

I am a senior associate in our Commercial group in Stockholm, motivated by solving business challenges from a legal perspective with my deep understanding of commercial, corporate, and regulatory law.

With a pragmatic approach, which I have developed during previous in-house experiences, I advise both Swedish and international clients during the whole process of negotiating, structuring, and closing corporate and commercial partnership agreements. I also advise on corporate, regulatory and data privacy challenges. When not focusing on supporting clients, I enjoy dedicating my time to the firm's Pro Bono engagements.

Committed to staying up to date with the latest developments within the sectors that our clients operate in, I am active in our sector groups focusing on Technology & Communications and Retail & Consumer. I appreciate this knowledge and experience which benefits our clients in a unique way.

Additionally, I have a deep interest in sustainability and responsible business and enjoy proactively being involved in integrating material ESG risks and opportunities within business organisations.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked at an international law firm in Stockholm and Zürich where I focused on international commercial law.
