I'm an associate in the Real Estate team based in Milan. My expertise covers urban planning and real estate matters.

I have developed considerable expertise in the real estate sector with a special focus on zoning and building matters as well as in contract law, advising on regulations concerning zoning, building and permitting proceedings, cross border and domestic transactions and joint venture operations for the development of real estate projects. I closely follow the legal and regulatory evolutions in the real estate sector to provide clients with the latest updates.

This background allows me to provide accurate advice to our clients on real estate transactions as well as advising on their relations with the Public Authority.

I obtained my PhD in public law at the Università degli Studi di Perugia in 2017. Furthermore, I have developed important research activities, and I'm also the author of several publications. Before joining Bird & Bird in 2021, I was an associate at an international law firm in Milan.
