Annika advises domestic and international clients on all areas of Intellectual Property Law with a particular focus on patent litigation.
Annika is a member of our Intellectual Property Practice Group and is based in our Düsseldorf office.
She advises national and international clients on intellectual property issues, particularly on national and international patent litigation.
Early on, Annika specialised in intellectual property law. She successfully completed an LL.M.-program at the University of Virginia (USA) with a focus on intellectual property law. Likewise, her PhD thesis concerns a patent law issue, namely the patentability of computer programs.
Annika was admitted to the bar in August 2015 and joined us the same month. She is a member of the German Association for Intellectual Property and Copyright Law (GRUR) and the German-American Lawyers’ Association (DAJV). Annika is fluent in German and English and also speaks French and Spanish.
